With Osaka fragrance and the autumn wind, the "Fairview World" International Silk Art Exhibition opening，sponsored by the China Silk Museum and Hangzhou Xinqiao Exhibition company， and the opening ceremony of the new museum of China Silk Museum in the afternoon of September 23 in the new  China Silk Museum Fashion Hall was held. 

           The leaders and guests attended the ceremony were: Guan Qiang, Deputy Director of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, Director of the Museum of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, Duan Yong, Director of Culture of Zhejiang Province, Jin Shengsheng, Director of Customs and Excise of Hangzhou, Wang Song, Commissioner of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (Mehrdad Shabahang), the French Lyon Textile Museum Director Duran, Russian National Museum of History Director Lei Weijin, Japan Tokyo National Museum Deputy Director Matsumoto Takashi, Korea National Palace Museum Acting Director Kim Sung-pei, the Russian National Art Museum of the East Curator Alleco de Golov. 

           There are also museum counterparts, textile research experts from all over the world and people who has been concerned about the development of the museum，who want to support the community. The number is 300 or so.
